Reels

Tyvek® Reels

Indicator Tapes
The indicator tapes are to be used for fixing wrapped packs with excellent adhesion and confirm the sterility with its process indicators printed on which change colors clearly after each sterilization cycle. Ideal for distinguishing the sets sterilized from the ones not. Tapes for ETO, Steam and H2O2 are available.
Indicator Strips
High-performance sterilization indicator strips provide clear, distinct color change to verify that steam sterilization conditions have been achieved. Distinct color transition. Water-based, non-toxic, lead-free and heavy-metal-free ink formulation. Easy-to-read, permanent color change for unambiguous interpretation.

Wrapping

Resistance to humidity as well as high barrier characteristics makes crepe paper functional for wrapping during sterilization process by steam and gamma.
SMMS Sheet
Flexible material made of spunbond and meltblown layers for wrapping, especially trays with heavy loads. Tear resistant, durable structure ensures the safety while providing soft and flexible handling. Available with 43, 45 and 60gr/m2 alternatives.
Disposables
Disposable items used during sterilization ensure safety and reliability of the sterilization process. Additionally these items ensure maintaining sterility of medical devices and traceability as a part of the sterilization management system.
Container Filters
Container filters are placed in the lid and body of the sterilization container to allow steam penetration during sterilization and to maintain sterility post sterilization. The materials used are mechanically strong to withstand the vacuum and steam pulse movements and are an effective barrier. A water-based and non-toxic chemical indicator is printed for sterilization process control.
Container Locks
Container Locks are designed as a locking system for sterilisation containers in order to secure sterilisation containers after sterilization. The Container Locks ensure consistent quality and high temperature compliance with the various steam sterilization temperatures.
